So ive seen many reviews on here for this product, and I wanted to offer a professional opinion as to why that is.
I am retired U.S. Army infantrymen, I served active duty and deployed many times with multiple life changing injuries including 2 hip reconstructions (im barely in my 30s). Ive been in a wheelchair,used a walker, cane finally im able to walk freely. All that being said, this product is effective. Very effective. But only when utilized the right ways. I used this stack in conjunction with pretty aggressive physical training and therapy along with a proper diet
This is not a fix all magic pill that's going to miraculously turn you into Arnold Schwarzenegger. For me, it helped considerably well for inflammation, muscle fatigue and recovery as well as stamina and muscle growth.
So TLDR
Great product if your not lazy and want a easy way out. Honestly if you're not dealing with injuries that you want to work through i would look at other options. there are no easy ways out in life, a plastic bottle with pills in it ant gonna be it either my friend.
work hard, good diet and putting in the effort is how you get results. Always remember the mind will break long before the body and your habits are who you are. Good luck hope this helps!💪🏼
